Dear PhD Students,
this is to inform you that we have setup the folders related to the management of all PhD activities on the platform OneDrive (@unica).
Note that since OneDrive, Teams, and the related software has been chosen by our University as the default system to share data and to organize meetings, we kindly request all of you, if you haven't done yet, to activate an email at @studenti.unica.it or @unica.it. This will allow us to share the data only with selected people in a safe mode.

_*Each of you will have access to a folder named after your name and surname.*_
Within the folder you will find an excel template that should help in keeping track of all activities. To further facilitate our job, it would be helpful to create, within your folder, the following four ones: missions, credits/research, credits/didactic, period_abroad. There you could upload all the documents that are needed to manage your PhD activities. For instance, in credits/research you can upload copies of your papers, certificates, etc...; the folder period_abroad is meant to upload the files needed to handle your period out of Italy. Some of you will also need to create a folder related to the period at the company/industry (e.g. period_industry).
Please remember that, within your folder, you also have an excel file where you can track the activities done during your Ph.D.
